Honoring our True Self & Transitioning from Illness to Wellness

podcast.1st.85

Wahoo! My very first podcast interview!

I hadn’t expected to open up the way I did when talking with Kami for her podcast The Wellness Crossing, but I’m so glad I did. There’d been some stuff that’d been weighing on my mind & I knew I needed to share. That’s why I’m so grateful that Kami gave me the perfect opportunity to be really honest in our intimate heart-to-heart on healing & authenticity.

It turns out it was just the talk we both needed, & I hope it will be for you too.

In the podcast I share things I’ve never shared before. about what’s really gotten me through my years of intensive treatments & why it’s more clear than ever that in order to heal myself I have to BE myself. Creating true wellness requires that we be our true selves & pushing through our fear of vulnerability is one of ways we embrace deep & lasting healing.

Kami & I also chat about the difficulties of transitioning from illness into wellness & the big questions that arise as we heal. Then (of course) I talk about diet & why it’s the one thing that’s had the biggest affect on all of my other healing efforts.

This is my most open share to date & I don’t hold back. I talk about it all: eating disorders, anxiety, self doubt, fear of rejection & how I learned to love myself, forgive myself & nourish my whole being. So get cozy, relax, adjust the volume/pop in some ear buds & join in.

Tune in to the podcast on iTunes, Stitcher, & Google Play or listen directly from Kami’s site at LivingGraceBlog.com.

I hope this conversation is as healing for you as it was for us.

May you eat well, live well & be well! Real talk & loving intentions, Xx Kat
