Hey folks, it’s certainly been a while hasn’t it?
A few months ago I began to notice symptoms of agitation, brain fog, and fatigue after working on the laptop or using my smart phone. So I started cutting back on my screen time, staying mindful of how long I was using my devices and how I was feeling as I used them. When I felt those symptoms arise, I knew it was time to put down my iphone, or walk away from my work desk.
Then I began chelating, or heavy metal detoxing (under the careful watch of my Dr.) Suddenly holding my phone for even 10 minutes made me feel profoundly sick. The kind of sick you feel while riding in the backseat of a car on a twisty, turny road. But also with heart palpitations, chest tightness, and agitated anxiety. Yeah, no fun. And also kind of freaky.
I mean of course I knew that things like radiation and electromagnetic waves were out there, but never before was I so hyper-aware their frequencies and effects!
So here’s what’s up: I’ve become highly sensitive to Electro-Magnetic Frequencies or EMFs. Thankfully there’s a number of ways that I can protect myself and limit my exposure. In fact, we’ve already gotten a few in place. For example, I’m able to type this thanks to the EMF-shielding gloves and hoodie I’m wearing. Yet, my currently level of sensitivity still doesn’t allow for a whole lot of online activity.
So until I’ve got more electromagnetic protection in place, it’s going to continue to be a bit quite here at HopeHealCook.com. ‘Cause health first. Always.
